Chris Bradford US editions are different to UK editions as they are split for a rapid 'binge read' experience and to create a strong presence in the retail market:

(USA) #1 Recruit + #2 Hostage = #1 Hostage (UK)
(USA) #3 Hijack + #4 Ransom = #2 Ransom (UK)
(USA) #5 Ambush + #6 Survival = #3 Ambush (UK)
(USA) #7 Target + #8 Traitor = #4 Target (UK)

There are also a few bonus chapters in US editions 1-4.

So order for US editions is:

4. Ransom

8. Traitor
