How do you organize your research so that you don't constantly research the same issues over and over? Do you keep detailed files of places and people you've researched? Have you ever found that you get sidetracked by interesting information you find while researching? (Sorry, I love research, so I get a bit carried away with the research questions.)

Glynnis Campbell It's so hard NOT to get sidetracked while researching, but I often find useful tidbits when I stray. Most of the key information I might reuse, I keep in my head. But if I find something I might want to use in the future, I bookmark it or make a note in an idea file.
