Ok... so, if Kara and Drew`s first baby is going to be a Shifter and a Sentinel, doesn't that mean there has to be another Shifter/Sentinel somewhere in the world so that eventually, they can be mated because they would both have to be Shifter and Sentinel to mate, right?

Yes, yes that does :) A few other readers have picked up on that as well.
