Gill Paul:
I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed "Woman and Children First", followed by "The Secret Wife". I've read both within the past ten days, and just finished "Secret Wife". I am so wrapped up in the story that I'm finding it hard to do anything other than think about the story line. You have a gift. I'm finding myself wanting to read anything and everything on the Romanov family. Thank you for sharing your gift?

Mariah, thanks so much for getting in touch. Apologies for not replying sooner but I lost my password for this site (doh!). I'm really glad you enjoyed these novels. I think Reg Jones and Dmitri Malama are my favourite characters from any of my novels. Both are morally flawed, but I hope that makes them more interesting. And since you like the Romanovs, I can give you a tip-off that I will have another Romanov novel coming out in 2018. Thank you for reading! x

I just finished "The Secret Wife" Many congratulations, it did exactly what a compelling novel should do! It kept me up reading late into the night, I was diverting other things (like laundry and grocery shopping) to keep reading! I couldn't put it down and this story will stay with me a long time! I only wish it were true?

loved this book, I too stayed up late, let other things go - just to be able to read more pages. I can't wait to get started on another one by you. I was born in Prague and loved that my homeland was included in this gripping story. The Cafe Slavia is on the banks of the Vltava river though? [ Prague is on the Vltava ( a.k.a Moldau)].pg 306.
