Whom, or what inspired you to become a writer? Do you have plans on venturing into other genres or staying where you are?

Glynnis Campbell Maybe because I was shy as a child, I was more comfortable with the written word, where I could think everything out ahead of time. I read voraciously, so it seemed natural to become a writer. I've written one children's picture book and a non-fiction guide, and I'm interested in trying new things.
