When will your next book be out and what is it about? Is it set in Scotland?

My next story will be a novella set in Scotland, releasing in June. It's called "The Reiver," and it will be part of the anthology I'm doing with Tanya Anne Crosby and Laurin Wittig called "The Summer Star." The heroine is a cattle thief who is after the hero's herd.

What really spurred you to become the author you are today? For the longest time in my youth, I wanted to be a Literature teacher because of my obsessive love of reading. Then I found out that, unfortunately, teachers don't make much so I ended up in the Legal field. I know, two far from each other spectrums!! Lately, I've wanted to get into the field of work where the author writes, and you review and edit, etc..
