Hey Daniela, Thanks for asking. I'm about 60% done with the first draft, and the book is coming out really well. Very pleased with the story being told. We've moved the release date slightly...from Oct/Nov to December 1, because our audio producer will be able to get it more advertising time with that release date. Already have Tim Gerard Reynolds scheduled for the recording (which will start October 16th. So with a hard deadline definitely determined I'm confident we can make that date. Next step will be to schedule the beta read. Will need to have Robin do the alpha read first, but that shouldn't take long, and I'm not anticipating major changes. Thanks for asking!

Hi Michael! I'm a huge fan of Riyria and your story as an independent author. One of the things that always hooks me in fantasy books is the language (the names of persons, places, things, etc). Riyria is loaded with names of people and places that show a culture all of it's own. Would you mind sharing your inspiration behind the naming of some of the locations or historical figures in your novels? Novron? Avempartha?
