I read the first four of the Earthsea Cycle and then started 'The Other Wind' because I assumed that 'Tales From Earthsea' was separate from the narrative of the rest of the series (set in the same world, but not with the same characters and sequence of events). Is this an accurate assumption, or do I need to read 'Tales From Earthsea' in order to understand 'The Other Wind'?
