Hi Jim Thanks so much for your prompt reply. The writer of the screen play's name is Jim McGrath. What a coincidence. If I remember reading your bio, it says you too are a writer. Oh well. Back to the drawing board. Good idea for a movie but I don't write good dialogue. The dialogue I saw Jim write was excellent. You are in good company. Are you writing now? Yes I'm writing away. I think I write pretty good dialogue, have a look at A Death in Winter on Amazon and you can look inside the book. What I do is speak the dialogue out load. I find it a great help - especially with accents.

Hi, I am a Leadership and Management Assessor up to Level 7 with ILM & CMI. I send your book out to all my students on course as a guide to assist their learning on the knowledge. This has been by far the best management theory book so far, easy to read and just enough information. I have the 2nd edition which has much more included. Will you be bringing out new editions of the other little books?
