What’s the best thing about being a writer?

Seana Kelly I think my favorite part is creating characters and situations that others become emotionally invested in. As readers, we know what it is to lose ourselves in books. Books can make me cry, make me think, make we walk around in a deep funk all day, not understanding why I'm so upset before I remember that it's the book I'm reading that's soul-crushing, not my own life. And there are some books that are old friends, that we need to visit often because we miss them so much. My hope is that my stories before those old friends who are revisited.
