Why was there a cover change for the hardcover, but the uk paperback has the matching cover with the Rebel in the sands in hardcover. And there is no matching edition for the traitor to the throne hardcover for the rebel of the sands in hardcover.?

It was a decision from my publishers! In the US they initially went with the design done by my UK publisher, but ultimately changed their mind and decided the covers with Amani on them, which are designed by Italy were stronger, hence that went on the paperback and the TRAITOR hardcover!
