zendegy Honestly, how did this book get published?! It was awful in SO many ways, this one that you have shared is probably the most egregious, but a book with so many flaws shouldn't make it to the publisher.

Jocelyn Ha ha, I kept wondering this exact thing while reading these books. And several other books recently (not only by this author). You can tell the authors aren't familiar with these settings. Even some of the outpatient therapy scenes are implausible.

Also some of the legal scenarios. Nobody every lawyers up.
