Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Heather Wright One of my two recent books, The Dragon's Revenge, is a sequel, so the short answer for that is that I hadn't finished with my characters yet. The other book that I published recently is Writing Fiction: A Guide for Pre-Teens. As soon as I published Writing Fiction: A Hands-On Guide for Teens, people told me that I should write a book for pre-teens, too. It just took me a few years to get around to it!
