Hi Christopher, I love the Inheritance Cycle so much that I have been inspired to try writing as well. I was wondering if you have an estimated release date for your sci-fi book. Could you tell us about your progress at all? (No spoilers just an update) Thanks!

Christopher Paolini Glad to hear you're writing your own projects! I'm just finishing up the second draft of my science fiction novel. After that, it's off to shop the manuscript around and start the publishing process. In terms of a release date, I can't give you an accurate estimate since so many factors—choosing a publisher, editing, marketing, production, etc.—are still up in the air.
