Just keep writing. I heard the best inspiring quote just the other day: "Keep writing. The water cannot run unless the faucet is on." Writing every day really helps exercise the mind and stretches the capacity to write. And you're going to get rejected...hundreds of times...but eventually somebody will offer you a contract. It took me eight years. Never give up.
