Tori's career has been in music. She has privately taught piano and theory of music since 1987 and, ready for a challenge and believing she had a story to tell, began writing in 2009. Despite the classical music background, Ms de Clare is very grounded and loves nothing better than a good laugh. Mum of four and one of seven children, Tori finds little time for hobbies outside of family, reading, writing and teaching. Her very busy life gives her the perfect excuse to opt out of ironing and all forms of keep-fit. The only working out she now does is how to avoid accompanying

I've only just seen your question. Sorry about the delay. Thank you so much for reading ESoM. I'm very glad you enjoyed it. The sequel is almost finished. I'm writing the final chapter now and intend to have the novel completed before Christmas. The writing of this book has taken longer than anticipated, even though I've consistently worked. So, the sequel will be in the hands of readers as soon as possible. I'll need to spend a month editing/proof reading, and then I will release it. I have no title as yet. Inspiration required.

Carol Dobson Hi Tori, I hope this is the right place to post a message as I've been looking for it. You said that you could help me with places to write to to help with a free promotion on KDP Select. I would be very grateful for any advice. I have joined Kindle Boards, so far. LOL Carol.

Kirsty Thanks for the recommendation of the light between oceans.

Looks a good read :)

K.D. Dowdall Hi Tori: I love mysteries and thrillers and actually many genres. Your book sounds so interesting and I am putting on my "to read" list. I am a Goodreads Author too. My first book was a children's middle grade magical fantasy Sci-fi, but now I am writing an adult fiction that is a mystery thriller coming-of-age genre. Congrats on your new book!

Okie Dokie Merry Christmas (if you celebrate)!

Okie Dokie I'm going to message you here b/c I don't want to spoil things for others in that board.

BUT OMGGG!! When Will got pneumonia I just couldn't put the book down. I thought he was going to die right there and then and the rest of the book would be what happens afterwards. I just read in the dark until I finished the book (and that says a lot since sleep is at a premium for me right now being a new mom and all). And then I just cried myself to sleep. It was awesome.
