^ :-)))I switched my vote from Mosley to Gandhi on the basis that my library has a copy of Gandhi - but no copies of Tuxedo Park
I have to admit that I am not very excited by either of the front runners, although I did swop my vote to try to help the deadlock! I am looking forward to the fiction choice anyway, which is why it is always nice to have 2 books to choice from each month.
^ My sentiments too Susan. I've got an 100% participation record to maintain for 2014 so will probably get hold of whichever wins but not with any great enthusiasm.Fiction-wise I picked up my copy of The Ministry of Fear by Graham Greene from the library this very day. Like you, I am really looking forward to it having been primed by The Love-charm of Bombs: Restless Lives in the Second World War.
My library does not have Tuxedo Park: A Wall Street Tycoon and the Secret Palace of Science That Changed the Course of World War II either. It might be another month long wait for a tatty paperback.
^ There's some cheap copies (£0.01 + £2.80 deliv) of Tuxedo Park: A Wall Street Tycoon and the Secret Palace of Science That Changed the Course of World War II on Amazon UK from suppliers also in the UK...http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/offer-list...
And a Kindle edition for £6.99. It's got a slightly different title...

I may skip this discussion as I can't summon up much enthusiasm for this tale - important and significant though it doubtless is. I think I'll wait and see what others think before possibly diving in too.
I used to be a scientist and I am still interested, so I will be reading the book. I will order one from a UK supplier this time, they arrive a lot faster. I'm not sure why books from the US take quite so long, perhaps the shippers wait until they have a container full, it can't be airmail. My daughter sent an airmail package from New Zealand and it arrived in four days.
I've definitely decided to see how the discussion goes before deciding whether to read Tuxedo Park: A Wall Street Tycoon and the Secret Palace of Science That Changed the Course of World War II.

Science and political philosophy are running neck and neck, exciting stuff!
