Poll

SO many good choices! Most of these are ones I've wanted to read - Can't wait to see what's picked by the group!

I suggested Blood Memories because I think it has a really different style and raises some issues that could provoke some interesting discussions.

I've read about half the other options and enjoyed those as well, so I'm looking forward to seeing what the group thinks!

I have to confess that John Levitt's and Lisa Shearin's books neither one impressed me a whole lot. They were enjoyable, but I can't say they're good for discussion books. Sunshine is definitely my #1 pick.

I chose my book, yet really I'd be happy to read any of these for they all sound great and they are ones I have yet to read!!! When will you let us know which book is chosen?

I had a hard time picking my selection in the poll this month! So many great suggestions.

I've read both Nightlife and Dog Days and they are both terrific. Nightlife is very dark with intriguing heroes. Probably more to discuss here. Dog Days has dark elements but also humor; in addition, there is a lot of music and a great dog! (Sorry, for me it's always about the dog.) If we don't pick it for group, grab it anyway. For some reason, I really didn't enjoy Blood Memories. I like her other books, but this one didn't flow and was dark with being exciting or suspenseful. Anyway, lots of good choices, I added several to my to-read. Looking forward to the result.

I haven't read most of the books in poll, but I really, really liked Sunshine (originally from 2003, but was reissued in 2008, see Robin McKinley web page)
