Lots of good choices here. Just one warning re: Blackout, which I loved. It really is just the first half of one book, split simply due to page count. It's meant to be read together with All Clear as one book. You'll be horribly disappointed if you start Blackout without understanding that.
you know there was a movie made, for PBS i believe,based on The Lathe of Heaven.i like eveything Heinlein especially Stranger in a Stange Land.tried both of Atwoods PA novels. didnt care for them.
I receive my Blackout in the mail on Saturday. I am looking forward to reading and discussing the novel. It is a chunkster;-)
