The last book was A Dance with Dragons and the first books in the series were gifted to me by someone, so it was a sequel, the last book I read.

Recommended to me by someone on Goodreads - I'm just going to start it now.

The Ask and the Answer by Patrick Ness. Someone wrote on their fanfiction profile that it was their favorite series ever. It was amazing!

I am currently reading The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion and it was recommended by both the Good Read 2013 award bookclub and the 2014 Reading challenge bookclub. Amazing read!!

I picked up my copy from the local Chocolate Affair with local romance authors. I bought mine from the author and had it signed.

I actually heard about Delirium from the booktube community.

There wasn't a school/university reading option which mine was actually for so I tried to pick the next closest.

Had that book at home, having thousands of them at homes... Have a good day & good reading.

I read "The Bear" because of the reviews on Goodreads...but was very disappointed in it. It moved much too slowly for me and I did not feel the sense of urgency that I believe the author was trying to convey. On the other hand I am now reading "The Goldfinch" for the same reasons, the reviews, and I am riveted by this book...Hard to put it down!

Bookstore! Walked through the book store and saw in big bright letters *MURDER ON THE TITANIC* I was like...Oh snap! SOLD! Then I could not decide on what to read and had my bestest book buddy pick out a book from a collection and she picked it, great read so far!

Sometimes I get my next read from 'Chatelaine Book Club',other times I find it through goodreads.

Well, it was The Light Between Oceans by M.L. Stedman. It somehow ended up in my to read list and I do not recall how. One of TBR pal picked it for me to read as we are in the same book club. I can honestly say that if it was not for her I probably would have completely forgot about it and missed out on a great read.

Reading THE LUMINARIES because it won the Mann Booker Prize. About 20% into it, I'm wondering how on earth it won...very difficult to get into and rather uninteresting.

I'm not sure if these would be media or blogs - I assumed blogs- but I'm reading The Barrownow and I first found about that book from the publisher's website, Pyr.
When I surf the internet, I regularly check the websites of publishers from which I've read books that I liked. I've discovered a lot of books that way.

A lot of the books I add are based on Fresh Air interviews. Second biggest source is Goodreads recommendations. Third recommendations from my younger brothers or father.

A Blight of Mages, its a prequel to the series Kingmaker / Kingbreaker. Over all I am liking it, but I love the others in Kingmaker/ Kingbreaker more.

We always swap books at work, so I got the last few from co-workers who also like to read.

The last book I finished was from an author I really like and the only of her books I had not read. Most of my to read books come from recommendations from Goodreads and publications (online and in print) that review books such as Entertainment Weekly, Barnes and Noble online, etc. if there is someone on Goodreads that seems to have similar taste in books, I will sometimes look at that persons highest rated books and then read a little more about those books on Goodreads and Amazon to see if it appeals to me.

Just finished "Embraced by Fire" free on Kindle. I just loved the book. It was a real surprise. But I have found many books I downloaded free that were amazing.

I am reading a book about yellow fever in Memphis in 1878. The last book I read was about yellow fever in colonial Philadelphia (a YA book). Both are very informative.

I just read the amazing City of Bones because every single booktuber I saw on Youtube had it and it was in our bookstore (which has all of one shelf with english books...)

Cross Country Check Up and Goodreads.

None of those. It was a series and I've been waiting for years for it to be available. I read the Outlander series 5 times and can't wait for the new television series to start.

The last book I read was Inferno by Dan Brown. Really interesting view on the global overpopulation actually.

The last couple books I've read (Rise of the Red Shadow and The Book of Deacon, both by Joseph Lallo), and the ones that I am currently reading and will read after (The Great Convergence and The Battle of Verril, also by Joseph Lallo) I found out about through Storybundle.com. I have been quite impressed by the quality of writing and the characters from some of these independently published authors. I was skeptical at first, but haven't been able to put these books down!

I love my library,when I was young I worked as a library aide all through junior high and then in high school.It is the best place to discover new books.

Very cool! I love our local library and volunteer my time to support fundraising activities to generate funds to supplement the library's operating budget. We fully funded the summer reading program which had over 1,000 children and young adults participate. We were thrilled!!!

That is why we still need our libraries, you had every reason to be thrilled. Congratulations!

Thanks Elizabeth! Libraries are so much more than book lending systems although that is a major service provided to the community. The library has so many more roles to play in the 21st Century ... we are so happy to have such a wonderful library in our city Check it out www.westath.org. It'll be worth your time. Reacher's a macho man and will exemplify the hidden desires of all humans.

I was just browsing around Waterstones, which i do regularly creating lists of books i would like to read, and then buying them on Amazon because Waterstones is way to expensive!

I still try to buy a few books out of Waterstones as it would be a shame if it closed down. I do the majority of book buying on Amazon though.
