I'm posting the same note here as in the nominations thread: it turns out The Quantum Thief is only available in the US on the Kindle. The paper version will only be released in the US later in 2011 (but is already available in the UK). It does look like a good book, but unless you have a Kindle or order from abroad, it's not available in the US right now.
