Three out of these four books are courtesy of our Member of the Month, Angela! Her nominations and seconds were tripled to thank her for being such a great F&F member.๐Ÿ’œ (I am not even sure she has figured out that she is January's MotM yet.๐Ÿคญ)

Happy voting, everyone! The poll will open Sunday night/Monday morning at midnight and close at midnight on Friday night/Saturday morning.

I hope Fawkes or black wins!! Iโ€™m surprised mortal queens didnโ€™t make it to the finals

Andrea Anderson-Bain Ugh Iโ€™m torn between 2 and canโ€™t decide! Iโ€™ve read Black, and Ted Dekker is one of my favorite Christian authors. Canโ€™t go wrong with that one, but Iโ€™m personally ruling it out since Iโ€™ve already read it. Itโ€™s between Goose Girl and Fawkes for me.

There were 2 books with 5 noms/seconds, MQ being one of them. It would have made the poll have 6 books, so I didnโ€™t include them.

That is usually what I say! However, I donโ€™t have any skin in the game this time, so it doesnโ€™t really matter to me. I have already read Fawkes and Mistborn, and I am not interested in reading them again. I have The Goose Girl on my shelf, but the cover does not draw me in, so I havenโ€™t ever picked it up despite hearing how good it is. If I donโ€™t need to break a tie, I will probably vote for that one to give me more motivation to read it.๐Ÿ˜…

Noooooo ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ I thought City of Ember would make it this time. Oh well, Black it is.

Such a tough choice! I went with Goose Girl, but would consider reading Fawkes if it gets chosen.

City of Ember was the other one that had 5 votes. It was close!

โœงBellaโœง i chose Mistborn, but I'd consider rereading Fawkes if it wins. Idk about Black, and ngl, I highly doubt I'd join for Goose Girl...

Do you mind me asking what it was about Fawkes that makes you say you wouldnโ€™t read it again?

No, I don't mind at all, but I would rather link my review since my thoughts are a bit negative, which is an unpopular opinion.

I just reread my review, and it is kind of a mess. I clarify a little in the comments, though, so read them too.

Jessica Sprecher Fawkes is one of my favorite books I have ever read and helped me during a hard time in my life, so that is the one I voted for. <3
(Now, I will say that it is very Protestant, so if you're Catholic you might not like it, for fair warning.)
