Neither book seems to be available from my library or from Libby. I’m disappointed, and so won’t vote.

Art, don't give up yet! Almost all public libraries will borrow a book they don't have themselves from another library, if one of their own patrons wants to read it. That's called interlibrary loan (ILL for short); it's done all the time, and in the age of e-mail and online library databases like World Catalog, it's much faster and easier than it used to be. The Westall book can readily be obtained by ILL (I checked when it was being discussed as a suggestion); and I'll be very surprised if the Stoker book can't be as well.
