Wow, great choices! I've read Northanger Abbey, but it's hard to choose between the other four since they all sound interesting.

One point - on my feed the pictures shown of each book in the THIS IS WHAT THE POLL IS ABOUT section above these comments, shows Rudy Giuliani's book called LEADERSHIP instead of Northanger Abbey. I hope that is just another 'odd" thing of the system and not your trick-or-treat trick on us if Northanger Abbey happens to win.

Yes it is strange and, although it could be considered within the month's "horror" theme, the book is not within the group's time frame.
As to Northanger Abbey, it's a good choice as a candidate. I now think that, as my first read was 15 to 20 years ago while flying solo, I would consider reading it again with this group as I might get more out of it.
