Confused?
Pretty much I'm asking if you eat while reading, drink something hot while reading, or you just read.

Mostly focused reader... occasionally a wine reader lol :)

Yeah, I'll occasionally eat when I read but that's only when someone yells at me to eat XD

I listen to music to help me feel more connected to the book/characters (usually a playlist based on the book I'm reading e.g. a grishaverse playlist :)

I live by myself and can't remember a time I prepared a meal and didn't put a book on the table first.

Yes! Some music, for me, functions much like a movie soundtrack. Like Mahler symphonies. Or waltzes for romance novels. Or soundscapes for anything cause at my house there is always music playing, even at night while sleeping. Right now, EDM for typing...
