Lost Lore: A Fantasy Anthology is a recent one, and just released is Heroes Wanted: A Fantasy Anthology Both are from the Terrible Ten and have a lot of good authors. They're also free on Amazon US.

G'day, I'm going to jump in on this as well. I'll aim for 2, something older The Year's Best Fantasy Stories 2, and something newer The Best of Heroic Fantasy Quarterly: Volume 1, 2009-2011.
