I already read Homegoing, George and The Hate U Give (all highly recommended) so I voted for American Street that I found the most interesting in the remaining choices. I'm curious to see which book will win!

I haven't read any of them - have 3 on my TBR - and may have to add the other 3. I win any way it works out!

I voted for The Hate U Give, but a close second was American Street. My challenge this year is focused on reading books I already own so those are the two that would work.

The new New York Times/ PBS (Public Broadcasting System) just chose Sing, Unburied, Sing by Jesmyn Ward as the 1st book for their book club.Too bad we couldn’t have coordinated with them. Lol.

I'm jealous! I haven't been able to get it yet. I may end up having to pay for it (the horror!).

I was #15 or something when I put the hold at the library, but it's a very quick read so I got it in less than 3 weeks!
