Harry Potter, though if I had the choice of Alice In Wonderland I'd pick that as I'd love to go to the Mad Hatter's tea party.

I'd chose A song of ice and fire by GRRM, but didnt see it on the list, so I voted for Harry Potter

I dislike Twilight, but I voted for it because there isn't much danger if I would stay out of the way, AND entertainment at the ridiculousness around me. I would rather not deal with Voldemort.

Of the ones I know the Hobbit is the only one where you are likely to actually be anything other than your typical muggle.

I say Golden Compass, but Inkheart is a very very close second :)

I ended up choosing the golden compass (though the wizarding world would be wonderful too!)since later in the series it takes place in multiple different worlds, and because I'd get a daemon.

I can't chose between Hobbit, Eragon, and Artemis Fowl.

Two other hard choices that aren't there would be Fablehaven and Foundling (MTB).

Middle-earth is an exceptional and incredibly beautiful world, despite it's darkness.
J.R.R. Tolkien has changed my life with his works on Middle-earth, and I cannot possibly express what they mean to me.
I admire the man, and would have loved to have met him and thanked him at least once for giving me and his other fans this wonderful, wonderful, timeless story that has affected people of all ages throughout the years.
I feel blessed that the movies based on his Middle-earth were made in my time as well, and find the memories they all bring to me almost ineffable to speak about.
It almost makes me emotional to think about it...
Bless these stories, The Hobbit, The Lord of the Rings, The Silmarillion, The Children of Húrin, and all the works of this truly legendary man.

None of those. I'd want to live in the world of "New Species" by Laurann Dohner (but none of her other "worlds" in her other series--they are awful)

Ah, my dilemma. I can't choose between HP, LoTR(The Hobbit) and Percy Jackson.

If in HP, I'd love to go to Hogwarts. Just the idea of a wand, broomstick and owl of my own fill me with longing.

In Tolkien's world, I'd definitely be a hobbit. :D

And in PJ books, I can't help wondering who would be my parent if I was a demi-god.

Yeah, I agree. Is Twilight really about fantasy? And Narnia should be right there with HP, The Hobbit and such.
