should i continue acotar?

for context, i've read the main trilogy and i liked it but didn't love it. mainly i loved the epic fantasy vibes and the expansive worldbuilding and the classic feel of a sjm book. while i liked some characters, i felt neutral towards most of the rest. plus, just my opinion, but i didn't like nesta and wasn't really that interested in her story, which is why i dnf'ed acosf. but w all the hype around the release of books 6, 7 and 8, i kinda want to join in the fun, esp since i heard there are more characters involved and it covers all of their stories too, not j nesta? what do you all think? pls comment your experience if you've read it! tysm <3

Guuyssss I want good enemies to lovers recs. Like REAL enemies, not 25 pages enemies where he's loved her since the beginning itself and it's just light banter. REAL recs PLEASE. Bonus points is he's grumpy, bonus points for slow burn. Not rivals to lovers but like REAL recs okay? I've read and liked the Shatter me series, which is by far the only one where I personally felt enemies to lovers was done properly bcz I HATED Warner in the beginning too. Hey everyone! Hope you’re all doing well. (And I apologise for the poll and feel free to skip if you'd like!)

I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed with life and my reading list lately. To keep things manageable and focus on my studies, I’m going to take a step back a little bit. I’ll likely need to cancel most of my remaining buddy reads for the year.
