Under any other circumstances I would vote for Amber Benson without pause, but Young Wizards trumps just about anything else.

There are a lot of good books to choose from. I own both of the books by Chance, and Benson's but I haven't gotten around to reading any of them. Loved Handeland's book and am eagerly awaiting the sequel, but on my continuing quest to convert the world to Adrian Phoenix fans - it's got to be A Rush of Wings. Plus it gives me an excuse to reread it! ;)
I had never heard of Young Wizards before, but it sounds awesome. Hope it wins! Even if it doesn't, I'm going to pick it up to read.
I have already read Touch the Dark but I do not remember it to well so I would like to read it again.
I read both Touch the Dark and Midnight's Daughter and, though you don't HAVE to, Midnight's Daughter makes more sense/has more background on characters if you read the Touch the Dark series first. But MD can be a stand alone book. ;)
I will not be able to join since the book selections in Saudi Arabia are limited, but I voted on the one I thought would be the most fun for the group to read, and I chose Young Wizards book 1.
I read the Amber Benson book already and wasn't very impressed. I found it a bit difficult to get through.Adrian Phoenix's A Rush Of Wings is the first book in the series and I've read it twice already. I'll gladly read it again! :)
I'm about to start Karen Chance's Cassandra Palmer series and would love to read Touch the Dark with this group.
