Oh good! Looks like we already have enough people for a Winter's Night discussion. I feel very happy about that, because I've been wanting to do it for the longest time! :)

Himanshu, at which point do you think you'd have time for Calvino?

message 3: by Susan (new)

Susan Budd I've been wanting to read this one!

Oh, goodie, but those of you who voted for "later" - it would be appreciated if you give input as to when you'd prefer. Of course, our discussion threads remain permanently open, so people can always still comment - our members have been known to still reply to latecomer comments at least a year or more later than the original discussion had begun.

If you feel you can join in just slightly later than currently scheduled, we can try to wait for you/postpone it a bit? By when had you planned to read it?

This one The Castle of Crossed Destinies?

Ok, will put that on the bookshelf for next year then. ;) ... Which is almost upon us, can you believe how time flies?

Annelies I won't be joining, but I remember reading If on a Winter's Night a Traveller in school and loving it. If I recall correctly it has a very interesting second person narration. You don't see those very often.
Have fun with it!

Aww, well, hopefully we'll discuss something else you like soon - remember, you can nominate books you're interested in, which will go on our shelf for future consideration. :) And thanks for the well wishes!
