Everyone except Annabeth

Actually, everyone except Hermione Granger because I practically fell asleep while reading the series

I think Hermione is the strongest because she was so kickbutt and sassy as well as strong. She was her own person and never ever did she rely on Harry to fix everything. She just went along and she provided a great deal of help and knowledge. Without her, Harry and Ron wouldn't have made it very far.

I like Katniss, and Hermione, and Tris, but haven't finish PJ yet.

I haven't fully read the hunger games series, but I do think she was a pretty strong character and one of the most memorable ones.

That's a toughie !! I mean , there are so many memorable storybook heroines. There is Mary Poppins , Kestral Hath of THE WIND SINGER series , Violet Baudelaire in SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS , Lyra Belacqua of THE DARK MATERIALS series , Alyss of the RANGERS APPRENTICE series , Dorothy in THE WIZARD OF OZ , Mariel of REDWALL , Belle of BEAUTY AND THE BEAST , Lucy Pevensie in THE CHRONICLES OF NARNIA , Eva-9 in the WONDLA series , Heidi in HEIDI GROWS UP . And , oh yes Mosca Mye of FLY BYE NIGHT , princess Keeah from THE SECRET OF DROON series , Shirley Temple from THE YEAR OF THE BOAR AND JACKIE ROBINSON and Fredericka in THE YEAR OF MISS AGNES .
And many more . But I guess if I had to choose , I would pick Saphira the dragon of THE INHERITANCE CYCLE . Yes I know she is not a human . But she did so many selfless and heroic things throughout the story I couldn't help but be impressed . I have to name her as my favorite female .

making this kind of comparision is an ofense itself LOL!

I don't find it an offensive question , but it sure makes it hard to pick just one name .

Definitely Hermione!!! I love Katniss too but Hermione is my favourite female heroine for sure.

Hermione is definitely a shrewd thinker . Good choice .

This is so difficult!! They're all very inspiring due to their acts of selfless heroism and bravery throughout each series. For example, Hermione uses obliviate on her parents to protect them, katniss volunteers for prim, annabeth goes through hell and back in tartarus... etc. I can barely choose, especially under such vague parameters. "Best" could mean a lot of things

Uh-huh . I hear ya . The question should be more specific . i.e. Which heroine was best at doing what ?

Kinda agree here, I mean she was actually cool, but she was such a side character in comparison to the other three PROTAGONISTS. I mean you could really tell she was meant to be the love interest, because even when Percy (her bf) completely took over her quest which she had been waiting for since she was a little kid she still kept going out with him.
I'd probably go Tris, Hermione, Annabeth, Katniss.
Ur right Katniss suffered more, but I'll be honest I never liked her much, with the way she suddenly made her entire life about a boy and risked it to save him, after what really wasn't a long time. So yeah last for me.
And Hermione v Tris is tough. I honestly just said Tris because I reread divergent more recently. But she is epic.

That's hard. Annabeth and Katniss are my two favs but they're all amazing. :)
