I know voting isn't over yet, far as I know, but what do you do when you have a tie between 3 or more books? What do you do to decide?

Well, once in a while and not often I will just list all 3 if it's a 3 way tie. I don't like to do it often cause it's hard enough getting members to read one of them.
But, to answer your question, the ties will get a new poll with just the ties. Then I ask members to vote again with just those.

I know this is a shameful plea, but come on people, lets try & get a few more votes for Cowboy & Wills Cowboy & Wills: A Love Story. I mean, who doesn't want to read a story about a young autistic boy & the golden retriever that brings him out of his shell? Doesn't it sound completely touching & awesome? So let's see if we can rack up a few more votes for what could quite possibly be a great August read ;-)
I think when the book said a love story it threw me off Jolene. Then I went back and read the description and it sounds really good.

That's why I thought I'd hop on here & try & help out the chances of it being picked by describing it my way ;-) I was just afraid I might get yelled at for rooting for the book in the comment section of this poll, but I guess that's what the comment section is for, huh? Besides asking questions, right?
One last thing on Cowboy & Wills: A Love Story. This too, like The Possibility Dogs: What a Handful of "Unadoptables" Taught Me About Service, Hope, and Healing, has been recommended by Temple Grandin. My theory is, if she likes it then it has to be a great book about animals & autism. I love Temple Grandin & respect her opinions & knowledge of all things animal. So, whenever I see her name & a quote by her on the back of a book about animals & or autism, then I know it's probably going to be a darn good book. Just some more food for thought before August voting closes. Thanks ;-)
I don't mind you voicing your opinion on your pick. I welcome the thoughts. The reason I thought I wouldn't like it was because it says it's a love story. I don't like love stories, reading them anyway. I can watch them at a movie.
So, I figured I'd really go back to read some of the comments and things, and I didn't know it was about autism. Now I want to read it.

Come on people, you can't tell me a 3 year old autistic boy & his golden retriever doesn't sound like the most touching story ever. I gotta root for my pick one more time before voting closes. So please vote for Cowboy & Wills: A Love Story if you haven't voted yet ;-)
