poll: What do you think of the fact that the average rating can be artificially tampered down by creating additional small editions? Do you base your reading decisions on the average rating?

They're doing it for Fantasy Romance on the KU library with the complicit silence of Goodreads employees. —> people who voted for: I don't completely disregard avg. rating but it's one of the things I don't care much about: Some of my favorites are below 3.7 and some high-rated books are hideous to me.
