Try saying, “I trust You, Jesus,” in response to whatever happens to you.
Anything that tends to make you anxious is a growth opportunity. Instead of running away from these challenges, embrace them, eager to gain all the blessings I have hidden in the difficulties. If you believe that I am sovereign over every aspect of your life, it is possible to trust Me in all situations. Don’t waste energy regretting the way things are or thinking about what might have been.
Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and
Thank Me when things do not go your way, because spiritual blessings come wrapped in trials.
Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. —JAMES 1:2–3
He will have no fear of bad news; his heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD. —PSALM 112:7
I also provide the strength you need each step of the way. Instead of assessing your energy level and wondering about what’s on the road ahead, concentrate on staying in touch with Me.
Refuse to waste energy worrying, and you will have strength to spare.
My Presence watches over you continually, protecting you from both known and unknown dangers.
There may be an easier way up the mountains than is visible from this distance. If I do lead you up the cliffs, I will equip you thoroughly for that strenuous climb.
Walk by faith, not
For we walk by faith, not by sight. —2 CORINTHIANS 5:7 NKJV
You face nothing alone—nothing! When you feel anxious, know that you are focusing on the visible world and leaving Me out of the picture.
Fix your eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen
Accept yourself and your circumstances just as they are, remembering that I am sovereign over everything.
Do not wear yourself out with analyzing and planning. Instead, let thankfulness and trust be your guides through this day; they will keep you close to Me.

You will never run out of things to worry about, but you can choose to trust Me no matter what. I am an ever-present

I am all around you, to bless and restore. Breathe Me in with each breath.
Start with where you are at this point in time and space, accepting that this is where I intend you to be. You will get through today one step, one moment at a time.
Why are you in despair, O my soul? And why have you become disturbed within me? Hope in God, for I shall again praise Him for the help of His presence. —PSALM 42:5 NASB
When you feel yourself sinking in the sea of circumstances, say, “Help me, Jesus!” and I will draw you back to Me.
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I
I AM WITH YOU. These four words are like a safety net, protecting you from falling into despair.
But the promise of My Presence limits how far down you can go. Sometimes you may feel as if you are in a free fall when people or things you had counted on let you down.

Trust protects you from worrying and obsessing. Thankfulness keeps you from criticizing and complaining: those “sister sins” that so easily entangle you.
Whenever you find yourself worrying about the future, repent and return to Me. I will show you the next step forward, and the one after that, and the one after that. Relax and enjoy the journey in My Presence, trusting Me to open up the way before you as you go.
“Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?” —LUKE 12:25–26
Yet I am with you always, holding you by your right hand
I will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able to bear
You must discipline yourself to live within the boundaries of today.
I lead each of My children along a path that is uniquely tailor-made for him or her. Comparing is not only wrong; it is also meaningless.
Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. —1 THESSALONIANS 5:16–18
Me. “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” —ISAIAH 41:10 NASB
Only My Life in you can empower you to face this endless flow of problems with good chee
Instead of trying to fight your fears, concentrate on trusting Me. When you relate to Me in confident trust, there is no limit to how much I can strengthen you.
THE PEACE THAT I GIVE YOU transcends your intellect. When most of your mental energy goes into efforts to figure things out, you are unable to receive this glorious gift. I look into your mind and see thoughts spinning round and round: going nowhere, accomplishing nothing. All the while, My Peace hovers over you, searching for a place to land.
You have Me beside you and My Spirit within you, so no set of circumstances is too much for you to handle.
Regardless of the day’s problems, I can keep you in perfect Peace as you stay close to Me.
I guide you in the way of wisdom and lead you along straight paths. When you walk, your steps will not be hampered; when you run, you will not stumble. —PROVERBS 4:11–12
Practice thinking in certain ways—trusting Me, thanking Me—and those thoughts become more natural. Reject negative or sinful thoughts as soon as you become aware of them. Don’t try to hide them from Me; confess them and leave them with Me.
Ask My Spirit to quiet your mind so that you can think My thoughts.
Instead of trying to “fix” yourself, fix your gaze on Me, the Lover of your soul. Rather than using your energy to judge yourself, redirect it to praising Me. Remember that I see you clothed in My righteousness, radiant in My perfect Love.
PITY IS A SLIMY, BOTTOMLESS PIT. Once you fall in, you tend to go deeper and deeper into the mire. As you slide down those slippery walls, you are well on your way to depression, and the darkness is profound.
Your only hope is to look up and see the Light of My Presence shining down on you. Though the Light looks dim from your perspective, deep in the pit, those rays of hope can reach you at any depth.
COME TO ME CONTINUALLY. I am meant to be the Center of your consciousness, the Anchor of your soul. Your mind will wander from Me, but the question is how far you allow it to wander.
