I am with you at all times, encouraging and supportive rather than condemning.
Quiet your mind in My Presence. Then you will be able to hear Me bestowing the resurrection blessing: Peace be with you.
Whenever you start to feel fearful or anxious, repeat this unconditional promise: “Nothing can separate me from Your Love, Jesus.”
I will never leave you or forsake you! My Presence watches over you continually. I have engraved you on the palms of My hands.
HOLD MY HAND, and walk joyously with Me through this day. Together we will savor the pleasures and endure the difficulties it brings.
As you focus your thoughts on Me, I will guide you carefully along today’s journey. Don’t worry about what is around the next bend. Just concentrate on enjoying My Presence and staying in step with Me.
Rest in My sufficiency as you consider the challenges this day presents.
Do not wear yourself out by worrying about whether you can cope with the pressures. Keep looking to Me and communicating with Me as we walk through this day together.
Stay in touch with Me through thankful, trusting prayers, resting in My sovereign control. Rejoice in Me—exult in the God of your salvation!
My Peace is not an elusive goal, hidden at the center of some complicated maze. Actually, you are always enveloped in Peace, which is inherent in My Presence. As you look to Me, you gain awareness of this precious Peace.
The best response is a heart overflowing with gratitude. I am training you to cultivate a thankful mind-set. This is like building your house on a firm rock, where life’s storms cannot shake you.
As your trust in Me goes up, fear and worry automatically go down. Time spent with Me not only increases your trust; it also helps you discern what is important and what is not.
The more you focus on My Presence with you, the more fully you can enjoy life.
Make Me your Refuge by pouring out your heart to Me, trusting in Me at all times.
Accept each day just as it comes to you. Do not waste your time and energy wishing for a different set of circumstances.
When you see armies of problems marching toward you, cry out to Me! Allow Me to fight for you.
Your inner calm—your Peace in My Presence—need not be shaken by what is going on around you.
your innermost being is rooted and grounded in eternity.
Seek My Face, and I will share My mind with you, opening your eyes to see things from My perspective.
Because you are my help, I sing in the shadow of your wings. My soul clings to you; your right hand upholds me. —PSALM 63:7–8
“If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” —JAMES 4:13–15
As soon as you realize you have wandered from your trust-path, look to Me and whisper, “I trust You, Jesus.” This affirmation will help you get back on track.
Since I am your Strength, I can empower you to handle each task as it comes. Because I am your Song, I can give you Joy as you work alongside Me.
As you journey through rough terrain with Me, gain confidence from your knowledge that together we can handle anything.
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” —ISAIAH 41:10
When a future-oriented worry assails you, capture it and disarm it by suffusing the Light of My Presence into that mental image. Say to yourself, “Jesus will be with me then and there. With His help, I can cope!”
Thank Me for My peaceful Presence, regardless of your feelings. Whisper My Name in loving tenderness. My Peace, which lives continually in your spirit, will gradually work its way through your entire being.
