The printer whirred and clunked, then whirred some more. It struck Sinead as quite an elaborate warm-up procedure, given that she’d only asked the bloody thing to print one page of A4. At this rate, she’d have been quicker copying the information from her screen by hand.
Don’t you hate that!? I think we all do, then when your just on the edge, it does ‘no paper’ even when there’s plenty of paper, then you remember that bloody bit at the back, if it’s not touching the paper the printer takes it that there isn’t any at all, so you put that in place, align everything, you think your just there, then the flipping thing wants you to set paper settings for the ‘new’ paper…… aghhhhhh!
Who the hell pissed off the guy who invented printers? Because they obviously did a flipping amazing job of it!
