Stress Management 20 minutes of mantra meditation once or twice a day. Breath work ideally daily. I prioritize spending time in nature and the wilderness; it restores my nervous system and inspires me. I spend time with friends and family in play and adventure whenever I can (and I make it a priority). I get massages at least once a month (more if I can!).
