The Beginning of Forever

“Don’t hold back, Sunshine. I want to hear you call out my name.”

“I hate to admit it…” Marisa lets out an exasperated sigh, “but Asher has a big dick, and he knows how to use it.”

“Kyrell, you need to allow yourself some grace. You can have good days and shit days. And fuck anyone who says otherwise. You got people around you who can ease the load when it feels like it’s too much. But I can guarantee you, no one sees you as fucked up.” I lean against the counter next to him. “That’s just a lie you told yourself.”

“Ready, Mrs. DeConto?” “Always, Mr. DeConto.”

I was dreading the reception until I realized I get to be with the most gorgeous woman to walk this earth. I may be a little bias, but she’s as close to heaven as I can get without dying. Everything about her is graceful from the way she walks, talks, and even how she snorts when she laughs. She makes everything near her glow a little brighter.

“Acyn…” she says after a few minutes of listening to the waves. “Yeah, Sunshine?” “You make me so fucking happy. I just needed you to know that.” I kiss the top of her head. “You’ve been lighting up my world since I met you with that brilliant smile and shitty cup of coffee.” “Fuck you.” She laughs. “What if someone else told me I made shitty cups of coffee?” “They would be forced to apologize and then suffer from burns because of the coffee I’d throw at them.”

Our happy ending isn’t really an ending, it’s only the beginning of forever.
