Don’t wait for the moment to arrive. Don’t shrink yourself to fit into small spaces. If the space doesn’t fit, find a new one. Being yourself starts right now.
gave each person the respect they deserved. I always try to do this.
I did it because I enjoyed connecting with people, giving them confidence, and making them feel good.
When I go into an interaction without any preconceived notions, I can bring my whole energy to the moment. Energy is real. People feel it.

I had lifted my fingertips, turned to a clean page, held the pen, and now I could write out whoever I wanted to be next. I was at a new chapter.

There was no challenge to solve and no idea to feel passionate about. I wasn’t learning and growing.
As a trainer your job is to get the best out of people,
Being an educator was the core of what I was doing.
The choice to find happiness in my work was mine. The choice to be present, to show up in my life, was mine.
Winning isn’t about achieving the best outcome; it’s the output that matters.

That stress you feel over your relationship might give someone else insight. And the positive energy you bring can brighten someone’s day. Openness is how we make the world easier for each other.
