If you pretend to be someone else, people can’t see you for who you are.
I believe in living a life on purpose, of purpose, and with purpose. As humans we’re all here to support each other.
People need to be uncomfortable to change.

We were saying to the world, “See me as I am.” That’s incredibly freeing.
It’s about women making a choice to let go of what everyone thinks,
finally allowing ourselves to make decisions based on how we see ourselves and how we want to see ourselves.
His time was never so precious that he missed being in the moment with the person in front of him.
When we engage with the world around us, we don’t just elevate our own awareness, we remind other people that they matter.
When people feel like they matter, they pass that on, and so we buoy each other, tied together and keeping each other afloat in stormy seas.
You learn the most in moments of conflict. Your character emerges, and if you take notice, you can find yourself.
