Must be something to do with places government owned, my department at NS hospital spent hundreds of K’s having people come in and do a report on how efficient it could be under different ways of doing things, revamping the department, not doing that, hiring more staff, not doing that, partially revamping or hiring staff, outsourcing in different ways. And I bet you can guess what happened when they got that report that cost the taxpayers a few hundred grand ..... absolutely nothing .... picture an eye roll right here >

Upsetting those we love while we drag something around with us throughout our lives? And whst if we’re wrong? I know this, as I live it & it’s a weight on everything we think, say or do, but knowing, and doing can be polar opposites and I’ll most likely take my weight to the grave,
