We have to expand our view of workouts to include anything that gets our body moving for any amount of time. Let me say it louder for people in the back: Anything that gets your body moving for any period of time is a workout—and that means dancing to your favorite song, taking the stairs instead of the elevator, and even walking around the mall for the day.
