SAM ARKOFF: You’ll still hear from old people complaining about the kind of pictures made today. “Where is the family picture from yesteryear?” That’s unmitigated fecal matter. Because frankly, as soon as I was able to go to picture shows by myself, I never went with my parents again. And that’s really true of most of us. So the so-called family picture really is Mom and/or Dad taking the little kiddies to see the Disney pictures. That’s really what it amounted to, the family picture.
