I had been told that orgasming to the thought of someone bound you to that person forever. I think I read this in a well-meaning text for adolescent girls (a magazine, maybe, or a Health class pamphlet). The purpose of this dubious fact was to ward adolescent girls away from promiscuity, but whoever wrote it was a fool. There was nothing to me, as an adolescent girl, that was more alluring than the idea of being bound in some secret and illicit way to another person forever.
