Or a woman who still has a landline,” Kym said.

“If you like that,” he said, advancing toward her. “You’ll be pleased to know I’m making breakfast, and there’s an unused toothbrush in the left drawer in the bathroom.” She took a step forward and kissed him on the cheek. “Thanks.” Forget what they’d done all night, that gesture left him feeling light and peppy.
