You talk to anyone who has achieved any level of “success,” and they will tell you that if you had asked them five years before making it to their current level, if they thought they would be battling the same demons of frustration, lack of motivation, despair, am I enough, is it worth it, depression, habits, and lack of joy…if they are honest, they will tell you “Not a chance.”
