المهارات (Skills)
السلوكيات (Behaviors)
والاتجاهات العقلية (Mindsets)
التي يمكن ملاحظتها وقياسها وتطويرها.
🧩 كيف يعمل LCI؟
ينظم LCI الكفاءات في 5 مجموعات (Clusters)، مثل:
الكفاءة الذاتية (Self-Leadership)
قيادة الآخرين (Leading Others)
قيادة المهام (Task Leadership)
التفكير القيادي (Cognitive/Strategic Thinking)
القيادة التنظيمية (Organizational Leadership)
داخل كل مجموعة هناك عدد من "الكفاءات الدقيقة" (مثل: إدارة الذات، بناء الثقة، اتخاذ القرار، التفكير الاستراتيجي… إلخ) — مجموعها 35 Competencies.
