Let me repeat, I am in no way stating that you shouldn’t set goals; goals are necessary. If you don’t know where you are going, how are you going to develop a system to get there? However, if you spend too much time looking at your goals without putting a system in place to get there, you are going to fall into that 80% of people who fail their New Year’s resolutions each year.
