Pick Global, Choose Early Adopters, and Focus on One Customer Size

With the initial set of customers you want to address, ask yourself if they are early adopters. Do they like trying new things? If not, find others who are early adopters. Feedback from people who are not early adopters is never useful.
The US customers are called DIY (Do It Yourself) customers, while Indian customers are called DIFM (Do It For Me) customers.
